23.6.9 Steel Structure Connections Using High-strength Bolts This section covers the assembly of structural joints using AASHTO M 164-05 (ASTM A325 - 10) or – 12) high-strength bolts or equivalent fasteners, installed so as to develop the minimum required bolt tension specified in Table 23-10.
