– Remove the air guide -A- in the direction of -arrows- from the
auxiliary cooler.
Note
Place a cloth underneath to catch any escaping coolant.
– Clamp off the coolant hoses -A and B- with Hose Clamps - Up
To 25mm - 3094- . Open the spring clamps and remove the
hose clamp from the auxiliary cooler.
– Remove the bolts -arrows-. Remove the auxiliary cooler -A-
upward from the bracket.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
– Install the front bumper cover. Refer to ⇒ Body Exterior; Rep.
Gr. 63 ; Front Bumper; Bumper Cover, Removing and Instal‐
ling .
– Install the wheel housing liner. Refer to ⇒ Body Exterior; Rep.
Gr. 66 ; Wheel Housing Liner; Front Wheel Housing Liner,
Removing and Installing .
– Install the noise insulation. Refer to ⇒ Body Exterior; Rep. Gr.
66 ; Noise Insulation; Overview - Noise Insulation .
– Install the wheel. Refer to ⇒ Suspension, Wheels, Steering;
Rep. Gr. 44 ; Wheels and Tires .
