3-22 ZJ094A 2. Remove the four cap screws securing the engine cover to the cylinder head; then remove the cover and account for the two locating pins from the intake side of the cylinder head. ZJ104A 3. Using Drive Clutch Spanner Wrench (p/n 0644- 136), rotate the engine two full revolutions. NOTE: Rotating the engine two full revolutions 4. Rotate the engine until the camshaft lobe of the valve being measured is directly away from the tappet. 5. Using an appropriate thickness gauge, measure and record the intake and exaust valve clearance of the cylinder that is on the compression stroke; then rotate the engine 360° and measure and record the valve clearance of the other cylinder.
