Headlight Range Control On Board Diagnostic (OBD) program.

electrical connections are correctly connected, free from corrosion and 
are locked in position.

After checking the adjustment of the coupling rod, the related electrical components must adjusted to the 
revised settings. Perform basic settings of the automatic headlight range control to adjust to the revised settings.

Removing

Remove headlight housing. See HEADLIGHT HOUSING WITH HIGH INTENSITY GAS

DISCHARGE (HID) LAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Remove sealing cap. See HEADLIGHTS WITH HIGH INTENSITY GAS DISCHARGE (HID) 
LAMP, REPLACING BULBS .  

z

Remove screws -arrows- on motor.

Pull positioning rod ball head out from locking device on reflector.  

z

Disconnect electrical connection.  

Installing 

Installation in reverse sequence or removal.

Check headlight function.

Perform headlight basic setting (function 04) using On Board Diagnostic program, See ON BOARD 
DIAGNOSTIC (OBD), FUNCTION .

FRONT TURN SIGNAL AND SIDE MARKER LIGHTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 

Removing

Remove screw cover.

CAUTION:

Switch off all electrical consumers.  

z

Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.
