Ignition coil on spark plug type ignition system is used. Cylinder No. 1 is at timing 
belt end of engine and cylinder No. 4 is at flywheel end of engine.

Cylinder No. 1 is located at timing belt end of engine. Cylinder No. 4 is located at 
flywheel end of engine.

System uses a Distributorless Ignition System (DIS) with 2 ignition coils in one 
ignition coil assembly. Cylinders No. 1 and 4 use the same ignition coil. Cylinders 
No. 2 and 3 use the same ignition coil. See Fig. 1 . Cylinder No. 1 is located at 
timing belt end of engine. Cylinder No. 4 is located at flywheel end of engine.

System uses a Distributorless Ignition System (DIS) with one ignition coil assembly. 
See Fig. 2 for cylinder No. to coil identification. Cylinder No. 1 is located at timing 
belt end of engine. Cylinder No. 4 is located at flywheel end of engine.
