Body chassis maintenance
Deicing agent, thawy agent and dust
preventive may be collected in the bot鄄
tom of the body. If those are not removed,
the parts in the bottom of the body such
as fuel pipe, frame, floor board and ex鄄
haust system will be eroded or corroded
because of rust, even they have corrosion
prevention performance.
The above mentioned foreign matter
should be removed from the bottom of
the body with water at least in every
spring. Clean all the parts collected with
earth dirt. Loosen the dirt near the frame
area with shovel before washing. The
body bottom cleaning work can be
conducted by body bottom cleaning
device or you can have it cleaned in the
Special After -sale Service Center of
Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd.
If these materials are disposed improper鄄
ly, they will permanently damage the
environment.
Notes
When washing the engine room, the
sediments of fuel, lubricating grease and
oil may be washed into the environment.
Wash the engine in the Special After -
sale Service Center of Jianghuai Auto鄄
mobile Co., Ltd. or other places that
has oil separating equipment.
Dispose the old engine oil, brake fluid,
gearbox oil fluid, anti-freezing solution,
storage battery and tyre in the waste
disposal agency regulated by the local
law or dispose them by the dealer who
has legal disposal obligation when re鄄
placing these materials.
Prohibit mixing these materials in the
household garbage or pouring into
sewer.

Prevention of corrosion
The vehicle of JAC has the ability of
corrosion prevention. Special materials
and protective paint are used for most
automobile components, which is good
for the appearance, its strength and reli鄄
ability.
Although the surface of some parts in
engine room or at the bottom of the ve鄄
hicle body will be rusty, it will not influ鄄
ence their reliability or function.
Damage of sheet-metal parts
Make sure that suitable anti-rot materi鄄
als are used by repair factory to recover
corrosion prevention performance, if the
vehicle body needs repair or replace.
The replacing parts of original factory
can ensure its corrosion prevention per鄄
formance and guarantee.
Foreign matter deposit
The following materials may damage the
surface of the paint:
淫 Lime chloride and other salt.
淫 De-icing agent.
淫 Pavement oil and asphalt.
淫 Sap.
淫 Bird manure.
淫 Industrial dust.
Clean the harmful materials on the vehi鄄
cle in time. If the residue cannot be re鄄
moved by soap water, use special de鄄
tergent.
Damage of paint surface
The pit, crack or deep scratch impacted
by stone should be repaired at once, for
bare metal can be eroded soon. The fee
for after corrosion maintenance is ex鄄
pensive.
Little pit or scratch can be repaired with
the patching materials provided by the
Special After -sale Service Center of
Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. The
damage with bigger area can be main鄄
tained in the vehicle body and painting
workshop of the Special After-sale Ser鄄
vice Center of Jianghuai Automobile
Co., Ltd.
Notes
Use safety detergent which is not harm鄄
ful to the surface of the paint. Other
detergent may permanently damage
the paint.
