Notes

Using fuse substitute or the fuse with
wrong type and rating value will cause
damage to the electric system or get
fire.
Do use the fuse with the type and rat鄄
ing current conforming to this manual.
Otherwise, it will cause damage to
people and to vehicle or other property.

Replacing fuse:

1. Disassemble storage box at the driv鄄
er爷s side.
2. Judge the damaged fuse by burnt
fuse.
3. Remove the broken fuse with fuse re鄄
mover.

4. Confirm the reasons of causing the
fuse to break and eliminate the failure.
5. Install new fuse with the rating current
conforming to the regulation of this man鄄
ual.

Notes

Prohibit disassembling the broken fuse
with electric tool. Do use the fuse re鄄
mover.
Using the electric material, such as
metal, will cause short circuit and break
the electric system or get fire. And it
may cause damage to people.

Notes

The engine may start unexpectedly if
the key is not turned out.
Prohibit keeping the key in the ignition
switch when inspecting the transmis鄄
sion belt.
When the engine is working, it may be
caused serious accident injury if mov鄄
ing the components.

Transmission belt

Transmission belt must be in good con鄄
dition and adjusted in place, so that the
generator can work normally. Replace
the transmission belts which are worn,
cracked and broken.

Inspecting the belt

Inspecting the rate of tension of the
transmission belt:
1. Slightly press the middle of the
longest unsupported length of the
transmission belt with thumb. The pres鄄
sure of the thumb is about 10kg.
2. Press the transmission belt with
thumb, which produce the deflection of
about 10mm.

3. If the belt is too loose, it should be
adjusted by Special After -sale Service
Center of Jianghuai Automobile Co.,
Ltd.

If the tyre inflation is excessive, it will
cause:
淫 Abnormal abrasion
淫 Bad maneuverability
淫 Bad riding comfort
淫 Unnecessary damage because of
bad road

The tyre and weight information scrolling
are fixed on the side of the vehicle door
of the driver. The tag indicates the prop鄄
er inflation pressure when the tyre is in
cold condition, and the proposed infla鄄
tion pressure indicated on the tags for
the tyre in cold condition is the minimum
tyre pressure required for supporting
the maximum vehicle capacity.
When to inspect the tyre pressure
Inspect the tyre pressure at least once
per month.

How to inspect the tyre pressure
Inspect the tyre pressure with pocket鄄
sized tyre gauge of good quality. It can
not be determined whether the tyre
pressure is suitable only by visual in鄄
spection. The braced -tread tyre looks
normal even if the inflation is insufficient.
Inspect the inflation pressure of the tyre
when it is in cold condition. The tyre in
cold condition refers to the tyre works
within 3 hours or not more than 1.6km.
Remove the valve cock from the valve
pin of the tyre, press the tyre gauge on
the valve and then measure the pres鄄
sure number. If the inflation pressure of
the tyre in cold condition conforms to
the proposed pressure value of the tyre
and weight information scrolling, it does
not need adjust. Continue inflating until

it is up to the proposed pressure value
if the pressure is too low.

If the pressure is too high, press the
metal valve pin in the middle of the
valve to discharge. Inspect the tyre
pressure again with the tyre gauge.

Make sure that the valve cap is installed
back to the valve pin. The valve cap
can prevent the dust and moisture from
entering.

Side wall tags of the tyre
Available tyre information is mould
pressed on the side wall of the tyre.
Inflation pressure of the tyre
The tyre can only work effectively with
the proper inflation pressure.

淫 The insufficient inflation of the tyre
is dangerous as well as the overloaded
tyre. The accident caused by them may
lead to serious accident injury. Inspect
all the tyres regularly to maintain the
proposed pressure value. Inspect the
pressure of the tyre in cold conditions.
淫 If the inflation is excessive, the tyre
may be easy to be cracked and punc鄄
tured or may burst because of a sudden
pumping (for example, hit the hole).
Therefore, the tyre should ensure the
proposed pressure value.
淫 Old and broken tyre may cause
accident. Replace the tyre in time if the
tyre has been broken or its surface is
abrasion.

Notes

It is dangerous that the tyre is lack of
guarantee and used improperly.
淫 The overloaded tyre may cause
overheating of the tyre because of the
oversize friction force. Thus, the tyre
leaks gas which may lead to serious
accident.

Do not think that the insufficient inflation
or excessive inflation of the tyre is no
difference. But it is not the case, if the
tyre inflation is insufficient, it will cause:
淫 Excessive deflection or distortion
淫 Overheating
淫 Overload of the tyre
淫 Early or irregular abrasion
淫 Bad maneuverability
淫 The reduction of the fuel economi鄄
cal efficiency
