6). Disconnect connection of dashboard assembly, and take

1.  Install dashboard assembly 

1). Place dashboard assembly to installation position; 

2). Tighten left side lower part fixed bolt of dashboard 

assembly; 

Tighten torque 

5~7N·m

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove front extension plate assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly" 

4.  Remove saucer cover plate assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly"" 

5.  Remove front storage box assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly"" 

6.  Remove auxiliary dashboard assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly"" 

7.  Remove driver's air bag assembly    Refer to "Driver's air bag assembly"   

8.  Remove steering wheel assembly      Refer to "Steering wheel assembly"   

9.  Remove steering column jacketing    Refer to "Steering column jacketing" 

10. Remove clock spring    Refer to "Clock spring" 

11. Remove combination switch assembly    Refer to "Combination switch assembly" 

12. Remove front door threshold guard assembly (left/right)  Refer to "Front door threshold guard assembly" 

13. Remove lower trim panel assembly of A pillar (left/right)  Refer to " Lower trim panel assembly of A pillar" 

14. Remove upper trim panel assembly of A pillar (left/right)  Refer to "Upper trim panel assembly of A pillar"  

15. Remove end cover of dashboard (left/right)  Refer to "End cover of dashboard" 

16. Remove central right side trim panel assembly    Refer to "Central right side trim panel assembly"

18. Remove A/C controller assembly    Refer to "A/C controller assembly"

25. Remove dashboard assembly

27. Remove ventilation cover plate assembly    Refer to "Ventilation cover plate assembly" 

28. Remove dashboard beam 

1). Remove 4 fixed bolts connecting dashboard beam and

2). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting    and front wall from 

outside of front wall;

3). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting middle lower part of

4). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting dashboard beam and

5). Remove 5 fixed nuts connecting dashboard beam and A/C 

main host assembly; 

6). Remove 4 fixed nuts connecting indoor electrical box and 

dashboard beam, remove fixed bolt connecting main 

wiring harness grounding point and dashboard beam, and 

separate main wiring harness and dashboard beam; 

7). Take down dashboard beam;

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install dashboard beam 

1). Place dashboard beam to installation position; 

2). Install fixed bolt connecting main wiring harness grounding 

point and dashboard beam, and install 4 fixed nuts 

connecting indoor electrical box and dashboard beam; 

Tighten torque 

5~7N·m 

3). Tighten 5 fixed nuts connecting dashboard beam and A/C 

main host assembly; 

Tighten torque 

5~7N·m 

 
 

4). Tighten 2 fixed bolts connecting right side of dashboard 

beam and vehicle body metal sheet; 

Tighten torque

5). Tighten 2 fixed bolts connecting middle lower part of 

dashboard beam and floor; 

Tighten torque

6). Tighten 2 fixed bolts connecting    and front wall from

Tighten torque

vehicle body metal sheet;

1.  Open engine compartment cover

box and dashboard assembly;

1). Place inner guard panel of glove box to installation position,

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove central right side trim panel assembly    Refer to "Central right side trim panel assembly" 

4.  Remove end cover of dashboard (left)  Refer to "End cover of dashboard" 

5.  Remove lower guard panel assembly of driver's side    Refer to "Lower guard panel assembly of driver's side" 

6.  Remove central left side trim panel assembly    Refer to "Remove central left side trim panel assembly" 

7.  Remove combination meter assembly    Refer to "Combination meter assembly" 

8.  Remove combination meter cover assembly 

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting combination meter cover

2). Pry combination meter cover assembly, disconnect 

connection of combination meter cover assembly and 

dashboard assembly, and take down combination meter

1.  Install combination meter cover assembly 

1). Place combination meter cover assembly to installation 

position, and tighten buckles;

II、Front Side Vehicle Door Window 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove front door triangle window cover plate assembly    Refer to "Front door trim panel assembly"   

4.  Remove front door trim panel assembly    Refer to "Front door trim panel assembly"   

5.  Remove installation bracket of front door inclined handle    Refer to "Waterproof membrane of front vehicle door"   

6.  Remove waterproof membrane of front vehicle door    Refer to "Waterproof membrane of front vehicle door"   

7.  Remove inner water splitting strip of front side vehicle door    Refer to "Inner water splitting strip of front side vehicle door"   

8.  Remove front side vehicle door window 

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts between front vehicle door window 

and window regulator device; 

2). Take down front vehicle door window; 
△ Note      Lift window to proper position before disconnecting 

battery negative electrode to be convenient to remove

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install front side vehicle door window 

1). Place front side vehicle door window to vehicle door, and 

align to installation hole; 

2). Tighten 2 fixed bolts between front side vehicle door 

window and window regulator device; 

Tighten torque

2.  Install inner water splitting strip of front side vehicle door 

3.  Install waterproof membrane of front vehicle door 

4.  Install installation bracket of front door inclined handle 

5.  Install front door trim panel assembly

8.  Close engine compartment cover
