Раздел содержит информацию, характеризующую государственное устройство Российской Федерации, данные Федеральной
службы государственной регистрации, кадастра и картографии о территории Российской Федерации, сведения о численности ра-
ботников, занятых в органах государственной власти, других государственных органах и органах местного самоуправления, подго-
товленные по материалам статистических наблюдений.
The section contains information characterizing the state structure of the Russian Federation, data of Federal Service for State Registra-
tion, Cadastre and Cartography on the territory of the Russian Federation, information on the number of employees in government bodies,
other state bodies and local self-government bodies, prepared on the basis of statistical observations.
ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЕ УСТРОЙСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ
Согласно Конституции, Российская Федерация - Россия есть демократическое федеративное правовое государство с респуб-
ликанской формой правления (ст.1).
Государственную власть в Российской Федерации осуществляют Президент Российской Федерации, Федеральное Собрание
(Совет Федерации и Государственная Дума), Правительство Российской Федерации, суды Российской Федерации (ст.11).
Президент Российской Федерации является главой государства, избирается сроком на шесть лет гражданами Российской Фе-
дерации на основе всеобщего равного и прямого избирательного права при тайном голосовании (ст. 80, 81).
Федеральное Собрание - парламент Российской Федерации - является представительным и законодательным органом Рос-
сийской Федерации, состоит из двух палат - Совета Федерации и Государственной Думы (ст. 94, 95).
STATE STRUCTURE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
According to the Constitution, the Russian Federation - Russia is a democratic federative law-governed state with a republican form of
government (Article 1).
State power in the Russian Federation shall be exercised by the President of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly (the Coun-
cil of Federation and the State Duma), the Government of the Russian Federation, and the courts of the Russian Federation (Article 11).
The President of the Russian Federation shall be the Head of State and shall be elected for six years by citizens of the Russian Federa-
tion on the basis of universal, equal, direct suffrage by secret ballot (Articles 80, 81).
The Federal Assembly - parliament of the Russian Federation shall be the representative and legislative body of the Russian Federa-
tion and shall consist of two chambers - the Council of Federation and the State Duma (Articles 94, 95).
