Clamp hose on power steering pump with hose clamp 3094.

Remove insulation tray.  

z

Place drip tray underneath.  

z

Remove front wheels.  

z

Remove outer tie rod hex nut. See TIE ROD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , item 17  

z

Press outer tie rod end off steering arm.

A. Ball joint puller (commercial type) e.g. Kukko 128/2

Disconnect hoses from steering gear and seal with plastic bag and adhesive tape.  

z

Seal power steering gear threaded holes with plastic sealing plugs -1- and -2-.

Remove hex bolts -1- and -2-.
