Установка стола в

лаборатории
Стол можно устана-
вливать у стены, ок-
он, т. е. на любом
месте, где существу-
ет возможность под-
вода необходимого
оборудования для
правильного монта-
жа стола.
Установка и монтаж
нескольских столов в
одной лаборатории
может выполнятся в
один ряд, могут сое-
диняться два, три и
четыре стола.
Конструкция и раз-
меры стола дают воз-

можность установки

их в указанных ком-
бенациях, т. к. под-
вод оборудования к
столу находится из-
-за среднего ящика

(всасывающей сис-

темы), а две ширины
представляют собой
одну длину стола.

Putting and mounting

of the table in the
laboratory

The table can be put

next to the wall, the

window, i. e. every-

where where there is

a possibility to sup-

ply all the necessa-

ry installation for the

correct mounting of

the table.

Putting and mount-

Die Aufstellung und

Instalierung der me-

hreren Tische in ei-

nem Laboratorium

kann in Reihe, zwei

verbunden, drei ver-

bunden und vier ver-

bunden ausgefiihrt

werden.
Die Tischkonstruk-

tion und die Massen

ermoglichen die In.

stalierung der Tische

in angegebenen Kom-

binationen, weil die

Jnstalationszufuhrung

in den Tisch sich

hinter der mittleren

Schublade (dem Sau-

ger) befindet und

zwei Breiten sind

eine Tischlange. (Ski-

zze 1).

работе так и при

прекращении ра-

боты, когда насадка

ноходится вне своего

гнезда.

Правильное исполь-
зование насадки,
двигателя и гибкого
вала осуществляется

и без предваритель-

ного нагрева указан-
ных частей агрегата
при существовании
необходимого радиу-
са гибкого вала. Са-
морегулировка дви-

гателя внутри стола
обеспечивает пра-
вильное использова-
ние гибкого вала с
насадкой.

meter button (3), i. e.

turning it clockwise.

Electronic manual re-
gulation with expres-
sed advantage to the
ohm's one (rheostat)
enables undisturbed
operation both at
less controlled pres-

sed of the tool to
the object that is
worked out, as it
keeps the constant
RPM of the engine.

Outlet of the flexible
shaft from the table,
during the operation,
have to be released
by the pulling out

the lever. The lever
serves as the support
for the flexible shaft
with its telescopic
extension piece dur-
ing the operation as
well as when the
operation stops, when
the tang is left out
of its seat.

Correct usage of the
tang, engine and fle-
xible shaft is achie-
ved without heating
the above mentioned
part of the set of ac-
cessories, both if the
prescribed radius of
the flexible shaft is
achieved. Self —adju-

stment of the engi-
ne within the table
is provided by the
correct usage of the
flexible shaft with

Austritt der elasti-

schen Welle aus dem

Tisch muss in der

Arbeit durch das

Ausziehen des Hebels

befreit werden. Der

Hebel mit seiner te-

leskopischen Verlan-

gerung dient in der

Arbeit, sowie ihrer

Unterbrechung, wenn

wir das Handstiick

ausserhalb seiner La-

gerung liegen lassen,

als eine Stiitze fur

die elastische Wellez.

Ein richtiger Geb-

brauch des Handstii-

ckes, Motors und der

elastischen Welle wur-

de auch ohne Erwar-

mung der angegebe-

nen Aggregatsteile

verwirklicht, wenn
der vorgeschriebene
Radius der elasti-
schen Welle auch ver-
wirklicht wird. Die
Selbstregulation des
Motors innerhalb des

Tisches versichert
einen richtigen Ge-
brauch der elasti-
schen Welle mit ei-
nem Handstiick.

он выдвигается до

ограничителя.

Кроме главного пре-

рывателя, который

должен быть вклю-

чен, если желаем

пользоваться и ос-

тальными агрегатами

и всасывающим уз-

лом, он пускается в

работу, по необхо-

димости, через свой

прерыватель (4). В

сосуд с тонкой шел-

ковой сеткой при

включенной всасыва-

ющей системе соби-

раются мельчайшие

частицы золота и

других дорогих ма-

териалов.

Замена сетки не сло-

жная и не представ-

ляает никаких труд-

ностей, т. к. сосуд с

сеткой только нале-

гает на прямоуголь-

ное отверстие. Сосуд

с более крупной се-

ткой служит при

большинстве работ,

исключая моделиро-

вание.

При моделировании

необходимо освобо-

дить прямоугольное

отверстие, т. е. не-

обходимо устранить

сетку и не вклю-

чать всасывающую

систему. Отходы при

моделировании будут

попадать в пластма-

совую посудину.

Пластмассовую посу-

дину переодически не-

обходимо вынинать и
проводить очистку.
При поднимании кры-
шки с шарнирным
подъемом, пластмас-
совая посудина лег-
ко и быстро вни-
мается.

При работе исполь-

зуется прозрачная

защита, предупреж-

дающая попадение

опилок в глаза.

qui doit etre actonne

si nous desirons uti-

liser les autres agre-

gats et l'aspirateur

aussi, celui-ci est mis

en marche par son

interrupteur (4), se-

lon les besoins.

Nous ramassons les

plus minces particu-

les d'or et d'autres

materials chers, par

le recipient avec ta-

mis en soie fine et

par l'aspirateur bran-

che.

Le changement du ta-

mis se fait rapide-

ment et ne presente

aucune difficulte, le

recipient avec tamis

n'etant qu'appuye au-

-dessus de l'ouvertu-

re rectangulaire. Le

recipient avec tamis

moins fin est utilise

pour la plupart des

travaux, sauf pour le

modelage.

Lors du modelage il

faut liberer l'ouver-

ture rectangulaire, c'

est-a dire, il faut en-

lever le tamis sans

brancher l'aspirateur.

Les dechets du mo-

delage tqmbent dans

le recipient plasti-

que.

Le recipient plastique

doit etre enleve et
nettoye de temps en
temps. Quand on en-
leve le couvercle qui
s'ouvre par des char-
nieres, le recipient
plastique peut etre
rapidement enleve.

Au cours du travail,
une protection tran-
sparente est utilisee,

qui empeche la li-

maille d'entrer dans
les yeux.

Usage of the aspira-
tor accessories

The middle drawer

contains the aspira-

tor accessories. Dur-

ing the operation it

is pulled out up to

the limiter.

Besides the main

switch, that has to

be switched on, if we
wish to use the other
accessories and aspi-
rator itself, the sa-

me is put into ope-
ration when required

by its own switch
(4). The vessel with

the fine silk sieve
and switched on as-
pirator gathers the

finest particles of
gold and other ma-
terials.

The sieve can be
changed quickly wit-

hout any difficulties
as the vessel with a

sieve is leaned over
the rectangular ope-

ning. The vessel with

coarse sieve is used
for majority of ope-
rations except for
modelling.

During the modelling

the rectangular ope-
ning has to be free,
i.e. the sieve has to
be removed and as-
pirator would not be
switched on. The re-
fuses during the mo-
delling will fall into
the plastic vassel. The
vessel would be ta-
ken out and cleaned
from time to time.
The plastic vessel can

be taken out quic-

kly lifting the cover
with hinges.
The transparent qu-

ard is used during
the operation and it
prevents sawdust to
penetrates the eyes.

ger zu gebrauchen

mochten, wird dieser

nach Bedarf uber se-

inen Schalter (4) in

Betrieb gesetzt. Mit

einer Schale mit ei-

nem feinen Seidensieb

und eingeschalteten

Sauger sammeln wir

die feinsten Goldteil-

chen und Teilchen

von anderen teueren

Materialien.

Der Siebaustausch

geht schnell und

stellt. koine Schwier-

igkcit dar, weil die

Schale mit dem Sieb

frei an eine rechec-

kige Aeffnung auf-

gestellt ist. Die Scha-

le mit groberem Sieb

dient fur mehrere

Arbeiten, ausser fur

die Modelierung.

Bei der Modelierung
soill man die rechtec-
Kge Oeffnung befrei-
en, bzw. das Sieb en-
tfernen und den Sa-

uger nicht einschal-
ten. Die Abfalle fal-
len bei der Modelie-
rung in eine plasti-
sche Schale. Die pla-
stische Schale wird
ab und zu heraus-

ben des Deckels, der
mit Scharnieren geof-
fnet wird, kann die
plastische Schale

schnell herausgenom-

men werden. Wahrend

der Arbeit beniitzt

man einen durchsic-
htigen Schild als

Schutz vor Abfallen.

жет осуществляется

Usage of the air

nozzle

The air-nozzle is ad-

opted even to the

hands with delicate

touch as it is easily

bent and switched on

by the tender touch

of the finger. The

quantity of air that

flows out from the

nozzle depends on the

bending of the noz-

zle.
The bending of the

nozzle directs, the

nozzle is made of

rubber, the tej whe-

re air is needed.
The air nozzle, af-

ter the usage, can

be left out of its

seat.
A telescopic lever can

serve as the air hose

support when the

nozzle is left out of

its seat.
Air supply can be ef-

fected by means of

installations — cen-

tral compressor or

separate smaller com-

pressor located in

the laboratory.

Usage of the klamp
with magnifying glass

A fluorescent light is

switched on by its

own switch that is
incorporated into the
the magnifying glas-
ses (the main switch
of the table has to
be switched on as
well).
The angle of the
light can be adopted
by means of system
of levers.
The magnifying glas-
ses is used to do
more precise jobs
and for their con-
troll, it can be put
between the eyes and
the object that is
worked out.

der einen separaten,

kleineren, im Labo-

ratorium gelagerten

erfolgen.

Gebrauch einer Lam-
pe mit dem Vergrbs-
serungsglas

Die fluoreszente Li-

cht wird mit ihrem

Schalter, der sich

auf dem Vergrosser-

ungsglasrahmen befi-

ndet, aktiviert (der

Tischhauptschalter

muss aktiviert wer-

den).

Der Lichtwinkel ist

einstellbar, weil er

ein Hebelsystem er-

moglicht.

Fur die Ausfuhrung
der praziseren Arbe-
iten und fur die Ar-
beitskontrolle dient
das Vergrosserung-
sglas, das zwischen
den Augen und dem
zu bearbeitenden Ge-
genstand aufgestellt
werden kann.

Применение газовой
горелки

Горелка имеет свои

собственпьй кран,

регулирующий выход

газа (горелки могут

быть для местной

газовой сети, также

и для бутан — про-

пан газа).
Откручиванием кра-

на на горелке и по-

дводом огня, на го-

релке поятляется по-

стоянный пламень.

Учитывая полное

сгорание газа, пла-

мень трудно заме-

тить, и поэтому, по-

сле прекращения ра-

боты необходимо хо-

рошо проверить зак-

рытие крана на го-

релке.
Контроль лучше все-

го выполнять пламе-

нем!

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Все агрегаты легко
сервисируются. При

подъеме плиты, осво-
божденной предвари-
тельно от предметов
и горелки до огра-
ничителя можно лег-

ко подойти к любо-
му узлу стола.
Ключи для всел ящи-
ков стала — различ-
ные.
